Herein lies the basis for excellent vulnerable leadership.
Key words: to provide a safe learning environment and consciously interrogate the knowledge / experience already present among the caregivers; I use a range of interactive and participatory teaching methods that encourage playfulness and curiosity among participants .As an executive team coach, I know to connect and motivate people up to the highest level in the organization. I train teams and staff from hospitals and Long-term Care Organizations throughout the Netherlands. Design Thinking is one of the methods I love to use to develop innovative patient experience approaches within health care.
